I wanna keep up with my weight loss blog. I want to keep myself more accountable in terms of my eating habits and exercise. I have the LoseIt app on my iPhone to track how many calories i'm eating and burning.
My maximum weight was 156lbs. I was at 154 during April when I wasn't home and eating crap food everyday. I am currently down to 149, and have started going to the gym about 2 weeks ago, and radically changed my eating habits. I want to get down to 125 and wear some of my old clothes. I cut out soda/pop (whatever you choose to call it), I don't eat chocolate, try to limit candy, and I've cut down my calorie intake to 1400 or less per day. I decided that I'm going to the gym every night I can, after work or before depending on what time I happen to work and where, since my work and gym are in the same mall usually. I have a gym buddy and I plan on sticking with the gym thing (since I'm paying $50/month for a membership)
And since I'm restarting my weight loss blog again, I need new "before" photos.
So here's my before photos. taken May 10th 2013.
