I'm still kind of keeping up with my weight loss plan, from my starting weight of 150.5 since i restarted my weight loss plan, I've lost a whole 6.5 pounds, and about an inch or so off my waist (the larger part at my belly button, at my natural waist it's still about the same. My usualy routine at the gym includes about an hour on the elliptical and whatever else I feel like throwing in there at the time. My goal weight is about 128 pounds, which for 5'6 could seem a little small, but in the 10th grade I was 5'6 and 120 pounds, so 128 isn't too far off of that. I was a size 3 when I was 15, I'm working on getting back to that slowly. I'm trying to eat a lot better, I still go out to sushi every week or so with the boyfriend, and I try not to eat as much there, or stick to protein shakes when I'm feeling hungry after that so I don't go overboard on my calorie intake, a protein shake will tie me over and if anything some fruit, a salad or something quick like rye toast is what I usually go for. I made some sugar free cinnamon rolls today, and I had one with a sugar glaze (kinda defeated the purpose of the sugar free part a but, but it means my diabetic mother can eat them too) My current drink of choice is blueberry lemonade (made with Tetley Blueberry Ginseng tea that I keep a jug of in the fridge, a splash of lemon and a sweetener) it's much cheaper than starbucks iced tea lemonade ($2.75 or something for a small)
my main goal out of all this though is to at least fit into some of my old jeans, so I have more of a selection when it comes to pants (i have 3 pairs that technically fit me, but the skinny jeans don't have the right stretch in them so I'm down to 2 and a lot of shorts) I would like to at least fit back into my size 5 jeans, my black star jeans were my favourites (the back pockets were stars) the only problem is my bum is too large to fit into them, i'm sure if I work down my bum I can fit into the majority of my pants better. it's always been my hips that were the problem. my upper half has mostly stayed the same except for a slightly larger bust that is.
so getting straight to the point, number one goal here is smaller from the waist down. Up top i'm not so concerned with, my arms aren't flabby, my chest is an okay size. I've just not been happy with the waist down.
