When I was in grade 10, I was 120 pounds, and 5'6 the picture on the left is me in 10th grade. stomach flat, not super wide, butt- nice size.
I'm starting this whole weight loss thing at:
Age: 18 Weight: 144.5 lbs
Height: 5'7 November 3rd 2010.
My starting measurements are:
Chest: 36"
Waist: (natural) 34" (belly button) 37"
Thighs: (L) 21.5" (R) 22" [not sure why the left is a half inch smaller than the right...)
Upper Arms: (L) 11" (R) 11"
Today it is November 7th 2010 (well the measurements are for today anyway)
Weight: 142.5
Chest: 36"
Waist: (N) 31.5" (B)35"
Upper Arms: (L) 10.75" (R) 10.75"
That's a difference of 2 pounds and 9.75 inches so far.
I've been going to the gym with my mom. We do 30 minutes of cardio and then circuit training for at least an hour. In the 3 days that I've been going to the gym (Wed. Fri. Sat.) I've lost weight. I've also changed my eating habits. I consume about 1100 calories a day and I don't eat chocolate, candy or chips, I have no caffeine whatsoever (allergies suck) and i'm trying not to eat white bread and rice (when I do it's in small amounts).
I dislike my body. I took this one last summer. my stomach bulges out, my thighs are huge and my arms are questionable. I am working on changing it. I want to get back to the 10th grade body (except for the A-cup part) I want smaller hips, thighs, butt and stomach. The chest could be a tad smaller, but maybe 2 inches smaller without shrinking the boobs would be nice. I'm hoping that by December, I'm my ideal size (which is a 3 - I want to fit in my favourite pair of jeans from the 10th grade, they are just waiting in my dresser) I am currently a size 5-9 (depending on where I get the clothes from) my jeans that fit me are a size 7, the dresses are a size 7, but my size 5 dress pants fit me fine. Working on getting it all smaller. (maybe one day I can finally wear that black dress I got for Christmas in 8th grade to something.)
